Bit of a departure from my recent posts, but after a couple of recent observations, I've found the issue is playing on my mind and needs a release. Paul Dix 10 tips for teachers from last February's Education Guardian is a good start, although with many of the behaviour management tips they're often fine for primary and early secondary contexts but somewhat inappropriate/past their sell by date for 16 -19 learners, whose behaviour perhaps needed addressing a little earlier.
